Description
English: Closeup of a drawing of an ancient Egyptian relief depicting the god Seth praising the High priest of Amun Herihor (only his cartouches are visible). In subsequent times, after his demonization Seth's figure was obliterated. From Karnak, Temple T of Khonsu (forecourt D, east wall), 20th Dynasty, New Kingdom.
