Summary

Description
English: Proteins are extracted from samples, and each sample is separately digested with trypsin to generate peptides. Peptides from each sample are labeled with a different TMT, allowing all samples to be pooled. After pooling, the origin sample of each peptide can be determined according to its TMT label. Labeled peptides are then analyzed by LC-MS/MS. This image was adapted from BioRender.com
