Summary

Description
English: Rejected postal ballots as percent of all postal ballots returned, by state, with illustrative data for two university counties in Florida.

Illustrative substate ballot rejections are only available for Florida.

Florida from pp.18-20 of Vote-By-Mail Ballots Cast in Florida. https://aclufl.org/sites/default/files/aclufl_-_vote_by_mail_-_report.pdf which has rejection rates for each county for all postal ballots, and for those claiming to come from Hispanics and blacks. It also has county data by age of voter, and covers efforts to cure initial rejections.
