English: 070607-N-8391L-084 JOLO, Republic of the Philippines (June 7, 2007) - A representative from the U.S. State Department congratulates and offers a partial payment to an informant, whose information led to the neutralization of a terrorist in the Republic of the Philippines. The reward, one of the largest paid out under the program, and the largest in the Philippines, was for the neutralization of Khadaffy Janjalani and Abu Solaiman, who were killed in separate offenses by the Armed Forces of the Philippines in separate raids.
