(A and B) Dystrophic or absent nails and plantar hyperkeratosis present on the first visit. (C and D) Widespread herpetiform skin blistering with post-inflammatory pigmentation over the entire body. Images A-D were captured when the child was 22 months old. No scarring is present. (E and F) Cutaneous lesions developed after 9 months. Images E and F were captured when the child was 31 months old.
