Image title
Medical personnel simulate emergency treatment during a mass casualty exercise at Balad's Air Force Theater Hospital yesterday. It's such an amazing change from when I was here a few years ago: the hospital would have been far too busy treating real patients to begin to think of conducting an exercise like this. There's still the need to stay sharp and on top of one's game, but I'm sure glad the levels of violence here have dropped so much.
