Description: A 28-year-old man with a defect of the dorsum of the left foot due to electrical burns. (A) Large soft tissue defect with necrosis of the extensor tendons and bone exposure of the 1st and 2nd toe following debridement. (B) Intraoperative photograph of the scapular fascial free flap insetting. (C) Photograph at postoperative month 7.
