Summary

X-ray of a canine thorax with rupture of the diaphragm on the right side and thoracic hernia of liver, spleen and stomach
1 trachea, 2 lung, 3 intact left insertion line of the diaphragm, 3' dislocated parts of the diaphragm, 4 liver (the large arrow indicates the direction of its dislocation), 4' dislocated parts of the right liver lobes (the heart ist partly overlapped), 5 heart, 6 shadowing due to blood in the thorax, 7 spleen, 8 stomach (upper part with gas, lower part filled with food). Röntgenaufnahme eines Thorax bei rechtsseitiger Zwerchfellruptur mit Vorverlagerung von Leber, Milz und Magen.
1 Luftröhre, 2 Lunge, 3 intakte linke Zwerchfellansatzlinie, 3' vorverlagerte Zwerchfellteile, 4 Leber (der große Pfeil gibt die Verlagerungsrichtung an), 4' vorverlagerte Leberteile (das Herz teilweise überlagernd), 5 Herz, 6 Verschattungen durch Blutansammlung infolge Milzriss, 7 Milz (rupturiert), 8 Magen (oben gas-, unten mit Futteresten gefüllt).
