English: The Isfahan Museum of Contemporary Art (aka the Museum of Contemporary Art ) is a contemporary art museum in Isfahan, Iran, located next to the Museum of Natural History.
فارسی: گنجینهٔ هنرهای تزئینی اصفهان و موزه هنرهای معاصر اصفهان دو موزه کنار هم در اصفهان هستند.
این مجموعه شامل مجموعهای از آثار هنری در زمینههای متفاوت است که امروزه در عمارت رکیبخانه (که در قدیمالایام کاخ چهارباغ در آن مستقر بود) نگهداری میشود و نمایشگاههای مختلفی نیز به مناسبتهای گوناگون در موزه بر پا میگردد که اکثر آنها در زمینهٔ هنرهای اسلامی همچون خوشنویسی و نقاشی قهوهخانهای و... هستند.
Deutsch: Das Kunstgewerbemuseum Isfahan wurde 1995 gegründet. Mehr als 3000 Kunstwerke aus der Safawiden- und Kadscharen-Ära werden hier aufbewahrt. Das Museumsgebäude stammt aus der Ära Abbas I. Während dessen und seiner Nachfolger Zeit, wurde das Gebäude als Stall des Tschehel Sotun-Palastes verwendet und Ausrüstungen für Pferde in ihm gelagert. Ein mehrstöckiger Turm aus der Kadscharen-Dynastie befindet sich gleich neben dem Museum. Zunächst wurde er als Wachturm genutzt, später in ein Gefängnis umgewandelt. Der Turm weist keinerlei Dekorationen auf, gilt aber als bemerkenswertes Relikt safawidischer Architektur.
