English: Colehayes Park country house, Colehayes, Devon, near Bovey Tracey. Seat of Capt. Theophilus Levett of Wychnor Park, Staffordshire and Colehayes, Devon, who purchased the home in 1880 from William Adair. The oldest part of the house dates to 1540. By the time Theophilus Levett and his wife Henrietta (née Templer) acquired the estate, it comprised 470 acres.[1]
