Summary

Description
English: Upon entering the cell, the virus enters the nucleus, where its DNA is transcribed to RNA using host machinery, and then it is transcribed back to DNA to make progeny virions in the cytoplasm using host reverse transcriptase. The final packaged virion spreads to other cells through plasmodesmata.
