ADNZB/Hirndorf 23.5.89 Erfurt: DDR-Zeugnisse Als der U 808 - aus heutiger Sicht mit nur rund 3.000 Transistorfunktionen ausgestattet - 1974/75 in Serie ging, bestimmten im Funkwerk noch Röhren und Transistoren die Produktion. Inzwischen werden von den Chipkonstrukteuren die ersten strukturierten Siliziumplättchen mit neuentwickelter Schaltung erwartet. Erst nach der Präparation in den Reinsträumen zeigt sich endgültig der Wert ungezählter Berechnungen. |
