Summary

Description
English: Illustration of the complex secondary structure of anti-VEGF_165 and anti-IFNy DNA aptamers engineered post-SELEX to improve their properties. These contain two unnatural bases (in yellow) and thymidine-conjugated biotin. Hairpin regions (red) enhance thermal stability.
