Description
English: Captain Reginald MacDougall Bowman, Australian Army Medical Corps (AAMC), visiting some 9th Battalion officers in a support trench. Left to right: Captain J. M. Dougall, Lieutenant M. Wilder-Neligan (later Lieutenant Colonel CMG DSO DCM, Commanding Officer of the 10th Battalion), Captain Bowman and Captain E.C.P. Plant (9th Battalion adjutant and later Major General DSO OBE, Commanding Officer of the NSW Lines of Communication Area in WW2).
