Description
English: Hinge motions predicted for disordered activation domain in Trypsinogen [PDBID: 2PTN ]. The hinges are predicted using PACKMAN hinge prediction with an alpha value of 5 are colored in blue (residues 23:28) and red (residues 175:182). The green-colored region is the active site.
