"An Oglala Sioux infant girl named Over the Sea had her baptism here in February 1888. This church gave her the name, Frances Victoria Alexander. She was named after Frances Cleveland of America, Queen Victoria and Alexandra, the Princess of Wales. Her parents were Little Chief and Good Robe who toured with Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show."
