YYOGA is a yoga, fitness, and wellness company based in Vancouver, British Columbia.[1][2] It is the original network yoga company in Canada.[3] Canadian music executive Terry McBride founded the company in 2007,[4][5][6] and serves as chief executive officer.[1][7]

History

In 2007, Nettwerk music executive, entrepreneur and yogi Terry McBride founded YYOGA.[4][5][6][8] The company was founded with the intention to create a community of yoga studio and lifestyles centres whose schedules fit better into peoples lifestyles.

In 2019, the company launched YYOGA at Home, which offers on-demand virtual classes.[9]

Due to impacts of COVID, YYOGA permanently closed several locations, but continued operations in five studios in the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, North Vancouver and Richmond.[10]
