- @TheScottDL: I would urge you to review the notability guidelines applicable to organizations, sports teams and sports leagues per WP:ORG and WP:GNG, as well as the Articles for Deletion guidelines at WP:AFD. Also, from the AfD comments regarding this article, there was some discussion that this may be a case of creating the article too soon, and that the subject may become notable per WP:ORG and WP:GNG in the future -- perhaps after the league actually begins play in 2015. I suggest you may want to request that the closing administrator "userfy" the article for you in your own user subpages, so you may recreate the article if the subject does become notable next year. - @RoySmith: I would like to take up this suggestion and "userfy" the page. The ECBL league is scheduled to begin in March 2015. I will continue to build the article once the season begins. TheScottDL (talk) 23:28, 12 December 2014 (UTC)
