I have looked at your sandbox as well as the existing Wikipedia page on the body language of dogs. Your outline is very precise and you clearly state each section and what you're going to be talking about. I noticed that the introduction to this article isn't very strong, a proper lead is necessary to let other readers know exactly what they will be reading. You said a very minimal amount in the first section (lead) of this article. You should consider going more in depth about this topic before simply jumping to information on the tail, ears, head, etc. I don't feel as though the importance of this topic was made clear.
