Speedy deletion nomination of Can "Stress" Canatan

Hello Stressworld,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Can "Stress" Canatan for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, dci | TALK 01:56, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Canatan article going nowhere

Hey there! I'd like to remind you that you do need actual references to back up your statements. This article is about a living person and there is a policy, WP:BLP, that you should follow when writing these kinds of articles. I would also suggest you move this to the Swedish Wikipedia if you know Swedish. This isn't really the right place for it if all the external links are in Swedish. Thanks! –TCN7JM 03:19, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 04:04, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry I forgot about that, as it seems to be I will do as you suggested creating a Swedish page as we are waiting for more American releases so it could be referenced. Until next time good night/morning Can "Stress" Canatan (talk) 04:49, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your signature

Hey, there! I noticed you changed your signature to Can "Stress" Canatan. Please don't do this, as this makes it look like you are trying to promote Canatan on Wikipedia. I would suggest you change your signature to something else. Thanks! –TCN7JM 14:54, 9 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Stressworld. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Can "Stress" Canatan, you should consider our guidance on Conflicts of interest and take a look at the Plain and simple conflict of interest guide.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Tomas e (talk) 14:58, 15 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
