Division by zero

Hi. I reverted your edit because the first line became $(x-y)x=x^{2}-y^{2}$ which seems confusing. If you insist, you may put it back again, but I then suggest you explain that you have to take $y=x$. Jesper Carlstrom (talk) 13:30, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but I still think that your edit is not an improvement. Remember that if you wish to fool someone with a "proof" of 1=2, you must make it look natural. If it is too hard to follow, people either give up or start to read it carefully, in which case they will discover the error. I think people do not understand that $(x-y)x=x^{2}-y^{2}$ as it is now.
