Clarification

First of all, welcome here. Not a great way to start, I know, but we all start somewhere. To clarify this comment, links to pictures using the caption as to who attended a showing just looks less encyclopedic than an article that mentions the attendees by name. It's just a manner of style, since it's clear that the LA Weekly isn't the LA Times (a reliable source) but it's isn't a regular blog (generally not by the definition at WP:RS).
