Request reason:

Hello Admin, I had no intention of promoting my page. I just want to submit useful information to Wikipedia but I guess you consider everything as promotion if it's form a new user. Well, I wasn't here to submit anything as well, I just wanted to clear my site form Wikipedia's Blacklist as it's affecting my website. I would like to know how Blogs Like TechCrunch, etc can have their page when I cannot. I also want to get my site's like removed from the Blacklist because some idiot spammed my sites link in Wikipedia which I already explained to the person Biker Biker on his talk page and he deleted it. I would be definitely keen to contribute to Wikipedia but I simply do not understand why you instantly disable my account without suggesting anything. I understand the Username policy and promotion policy but as I said, I came here in good faith. I'm new here and made the account for one purpose; to get an answer to why Wikipedia Blacklisted my site and instead of solving the problem and giving me a simple explanation and suggest me what to do, I get blocked. I believe that I can contribute to loads of Tech Articles in Wikipedia not with purpose to solely advertise any site. However, that was not my main concern for why I was here. My concern was to get my site removed from the Wikipedia Blacklist. That's all. I talked to Biker Biker and all he could do was report me or something. That's just mediocre of his part. Thanks for your understanding.

Back to the main part. I would love to contribute to Wikipedia if you decide to change my username. I was really not aware of the Username policy. I will take my time to read everything. Thanks

Decline reason:

You indicated that your main purpose here is to get your site off blacklist. This is never going to happen as we remove sites only when requested by established editors, when there is a need to improve the encyclopedia. This is not the case here. Why your site is blacklisted? I'm pretty sure that your previous accounts/IPs used to add the link received all the explanations, but just in case here they are: this and specifically this.
