@Ohnoitsjamie: You've blocked us lowly IPs from editing your page. So I have to message you here, super-ideal. I notice your block of 200.29.165.239 and I'm aware of similar edits by 200.89.38.228 and 200.91.9.175 is it possible these are also proxies? Also, I notice the first IP had edit summaries deleted but plenty of similar stuff gets left (including from one of those IPs...). Why is that? 89.240.128.149 (talk) 15:30, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. I don't know what tools are being used to detect proxies here; my block of 200.29.165.239 as a proxy was based on the previous block reason. It's possible that they are proxies within a large range. Edit summaries are deleted on a per-summary basis if the edit summaries are considered to be disruptive. Ah. I've no idea how they are detected, either. This much I know about summary deletion; what I can't figure is that it was thought fine for days then suddenly no more. 89.240.128.149 (talk) 17:06, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
