I did take the material from the press release, but I cited it as the source.
The press release was based on my submissions to the Wisconsin Historical Society that took me three years, 37 pages, and thousands of dollars of research to prepare.
The following information appears on a Wisconsin Historical Society website page about the house. It follows word for word an email that I sent to the Wisconsin Historical Society on December 30, 2014. They did not credit me. Does that mean that I cannot use this either?
