Tom O'Dell Smith is an American politician representing the 86th district of the Kentucky House of Representatives, which consists of Knox County and part of Laurel County, since 2021. He previously represented the district from 1991 to 1993, when he resigned after being convicted of extortion. He served 27 months in prison.[1]
