Boundaries

I have removed Salem-Keizer, as Salem and Marion county are their own MSA now, this not part of Portland MSA. I know they have line that connects to Wilsonville, but so does the Tillamook bus district. Also, Yamhill County is part of the Portland MSA, and I know they have a bus district, and I would think Columbia and Skamania counties would too (also part of the MSA). Template is transit only

I've deleted the sections on "Intercity rail" (Amtrak) and Airports from the template, both of which were added by a single user in 2009, as these are not "transit" under common North American English usage. It seems to me that the Portland metropolitan area has plenty of actual transit (i.e., mass transit) to justify having a transit-only navbox, and I don't think there's good reason to add non-transit transportation to this one just for lack of another navbox in which to list those. If someone would like to create another, broader "Transportation in Portland" (metropolitan area) navbox – which would necessarily have some overlap with this one (but, e.g., not listing every MAX line separately) – that would probably be worthwhile. Meanwhile, this navbox does include a link to Transportation in Portland, Oregon, making it relatively easy for interested readers to find the pages about Portland's Amtrak service, at least.
