Suggested merge of the Other Elements and Convinience groups

I think that these two groups belong together instead of being seppearate. In reality audio(theoretically radio), can be considered not a convienience item. For example, in the United States it is required for a car to have a radio, especially if there is a Important traffic alert being announced about the highway(the flashing lights and the blue sign on the road) Highway advisory radio. Convieniemnce items can be considered as things that are optionally added to the car. Other than the audio, I also think that convienience items actually fit in to the Other Elements group.
