I simply can't see any way that this article meets the GA criteria (specifically WP:GACR #3, "broad in its coverage"). Excluding the block quotes, it's 267 words long - and those words are mostly introducing the block quotes rather than providing any content of their own. There's really only one person who's ever criticized the phrase? I'm sorry to say it, but this has to be a quickfail. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 20:53, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
