Mnemonic poem
The mnemonic poem might need some explanation for those who are not familiar with how it works. Here: [1] is a general explanation; according to it there are the four vowels, each standing for one of the basic Aristotelian forms of propositions: A (every S is P), E (no S is P), I (some S is P) and O (some S is not P). Every name used in the poem provides a corresponding syllogism by the vowels of that name, e.g. "Barbara" is an A-A-A syllogism where the major premise A (every S is P) combined with a minor premise of the same form A leads to a conclusion of the form A, etc. We do have Barbara Celarent (disambiguation) but, as far as I can see, we do not have yet an article where this mnemonic system is explained as a whole.
