The account of the siege in this article appeared to follow the text of the "Gallic War" fairly closely. As it wasn't properly referenced, I replaced this material with the translation from wikisource. Alan (talk) 10:08, 5 March 2011 (UTC)
Neutrality
The whole article doesn't have this problem, so feel free to swap out the template I added with something else, but the section on Caesar's atrocity in the city not only just restates his propaganda uncritically but refers to the Gauls as "evildoers." This is way too charged for a neutral article in my opinion, and warrants a rewrite (probably with an additional secondary source). Delukiel (talk) 03:32, 19 July 2024 (UTC)
