Thermal converters part is incorrect

I second this comment. NIST also uses thermal converters. http://www.nist.gov/pml/div684/grp06/acdc.cfm and in other Standard institutes. They are also quite precise with inaccuracies of less than 10ppm http://www.nikkohm.com/nikkohm_e_pdf/tvc_e20110701.pdf. Pelgv (talk) 00:52, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
