Class

Why is this article assessed as List-class? The list is of the people who are on the monument; the article overall is probably around a C level. I've rated it so for the NRHP project. What do others think?--Dudemanfellabra (talk) 22:59, 3 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling

I suggest the title of this article be changed. The German word "Treue" doesn't have an umlaut (and never had - there is no umlaut version of the German "eu" dipthong). What can be seen on the monument's inscription is not two dots above the "u" but a line - a convention sometimes used at the time to distinguish the letters "u" and "n" that looked fairly similar in the Gothic script used in the 19th century. --24.125.239.130 (talk) 22:00, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Is this the only Union monument on former Confederate soil?

As you can see, it was originally in the article and sourced. It was removed in 2011 in two different edits by the same unregistered editor: 1, 2. That same editor also removed the same sourced content from the Nueces massacre and Kendall County, Texas. No one is supposed to be removing sourced content without posting on this talk page and sourcing their reasons for doing so. — Maile (talk) 19:30, 23 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
