HIV infection rate?

I'm not sure what the line the HIV/AIDS infection rate is greater than 90% means. Does that mean percent of those exposed became infected, which is quite weird, or is it supposed to say prevalence" instead of infection? - Banyan Tree 18:36, 17 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
