The MRD/PRD/FRD requirements process is not the only extant process, nor is it (in my experience) the most prevalent these days. Many businesses are using the Rational Unified Process to gather and document requirements instead. Typically, the product manager works with a requirements analyst who documents the high level requirements in use cases.
"Software PRODUCT"
In regard of this article it would be nice to know what a software product is. The same applies to the software product line article in my view. --Alien4 (talk) 11:02, 8 May 2015 (UTC)
