First Vice-President?

The first sentence of this article currently reads, "Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe (April 12, 1922 – January 26, 1980) was the first vice-president of Zambia from 1967 to 1970."

How does this agree with the template of Zambian Vice-Presidents, which names Reuben Kamanga first? Thanks KConWiki (talk) 21:19, 17 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
