What is a 'SMA' in terms of Jewish theology!?

The 3rd paragraph of this diff says:

"The Sma, who holds that Shmita nowadays is only a Rabbinic obligation, holds that the Biblical promise of bounty for those who observe the Shmita (Leviticus 25:20–22[18]) only applies when the Biblical obligation is in effect, and hence that the Biblical promise of bounty is not in effect today. However, the Chazon Ish, who holds that the Biblical obligation of Shmita observance remains in effect today, holds that the Biblical promise of bounty follows it and Divine bounty is promised to Jews living in the Land of Israel today, just as it was promised in ancient times. However, he holds that Jews should generally not demand miracles from Heaven and hence that one should not rely on this promise for one's sustenance, but should instead make appropriate arrangements and rely on permissible leniencies.[19]" {emphasis added in bold here & below for clarity & emphasis}

QUESTION: What is a 'SMA' in terms of Jewish theology!? (I add that THIS page, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMA does not disambiguate!!)

One of the 2 answers in this article says:

"The Sma quotes the Magid Mishnah to explain 'ruach sheino metzuya means (a wind) that the world does not have constantly, but rather only at times, even though it comes often. And we don't even need to mention a hurricane that only blows from time to time'."

See also this diff, which gives me the feeling that 'SMA' is an abbreviation for SeMaG, which - in turn - is an abbreviation for "(ספר מצוות גדול; Hebrew: The Great Book of Commandments":

"The "Sefer Mitzvot Gadol" (ספר מצוות גדול; Hebrew: The Great Book of Commandments; abbreviated סמ"ג "SeMaG" )..."

Also, under the heading "BACK TO LETTING OUT AIR" at http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/headlines-breaking-stories/341845/letting-air-out-of-the-guys-tires.html we find this quote:

"The Sma points out that the Shulchan Aruch mentions both a prohibition as well as a financial obligation to pay in order to highlight that both of these issues are pertinent – it is both a halachic prohibition as well as a financial issue."

And, under point #2 of "SIX POSSIBLE COUNTER ARGUMENTS" at the same link above, we find:

"2. One might also make the argument based upon the Gemorah in Bava Kamma (28a) that a messenger of a Beis Din is even permitted to damage if there is no other way to save an item (See Sma 8:25)."

Lastly, we find, under the heading "Formation and Determination of Hire" at http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/judaica/ejud_0002_0012_0_11999.html the following:
