I don't necessarily doubt the veracity of 184.82.199.73 and Bolun8's edits, but could you please help explain why the cited minutes contradict the claim (that the proposal failed)? You changed the statement in the article without addressing the citation, resulting in a false citation. I reread, the whole article and I understand now why from reading this article we can think that Women's right was voted. I will try to get the proper document. What actually happend is that after this motion was carried, another vote was called and members voted against it. Will update when I find the document.
