I'm continuing to expand this article. Anyone want to help out? --Tom Allen 23:46, May 28, 2005 (UTC)
- I've added some material with citations, but don't know sources of most of the info under Civil War and Reconstruction. If someone does know, please add citations!
- Also, I think the part on Shaker life needs to be incorporated in a section higher up, & made to sound more encyclopedia-ish. HollyJack (talk) 22:55, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
