Mention of some random hospital in Georgia in the lede

Why is there a comparison of the number of patients at Pilgrim State to the number at some random hospital in Georgia in the lede? That Pilgrim State was later the largest such facility by number of patients is worth having in the lede, but the comparison is wholly unmotivated. MayerG (talk) 13:44, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
