correct coordinates

I'm going to correct the coordinates of the wreck's location. The current coords lie just off the Atlantic Highlands Marina. The Navy Pier begins almost 2 miles away - at 40°25′40.79″N, 74°04′04.21″W - and extends 2 miles northeast into the sea. The Hamilton's wreck is located pierside at 40°26′22.97″N, 74°03′34.09″W.
