Fair use rationale for Image:KDOC.gif

Image:KDOC.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

End of Bohemia Visual Music

Surprised that no one has mentioned this but channel 56.3 that was the channel for BVM is now broadcasting a standard definition feed of programing on channel 56.1--Kevin586 (talk) 15:28, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Is BVM no longer on 56.3 ? I saw that it is no longer on KDOC, but was trying to verify first. Msw1002 (talk) 18:57, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

This TV Affiliation

At the risk of being OR, the affiliation of KDOC with This TV is a bit dubious. Anyone who watches the KDOC digital transmission will note that that channel 56.3 identifier has been renamed to "THIS TV" but since November 1st, KDOC has continued an SDTV transmission of 56.1

Acccording to the article, the THIS TV was support to launch the first of november. Can anyone verify it actually start broadcasting?--Kevin586 (talk) 18:19, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

NEW digital format

Should it be noted that KDOC as realigned its digital programming again? At one time KDOC simulcast its programming on a High-Definition 56.1 and Standard-definition 56.2 and 56.3. Sometime this week, they reduced transmission of 56.1 to standard-definition and have spanish-language religious programming on 56.2.
