Hi. I'm new at Talk, so please excuse me if I'm doing this wrong. I'm interested in a verifiable reference for the statement,"Davis was nursed back to health by an American beachcomber named Isaac Ridler." I'm researching Isaac Riddler (Ririe), a carpenter's mate who was left on the Big Island by Lady Washington in 1789 to build a boat, and taken off at Maui by Hope in 1791. The statement is entirely plausible, but I wonder about the source. Thank you. Cranberrydavid (talk) 20:05, 14 November 2013 (UTC)
Sourcing
In regards to sourcing the statement that Kamehameha had nothing to do with the attack on the fair American surely there is something better than just "A blogger." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.36.244.37 (talk) 23:21, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
