Talk:Generic certificates

I'm not sure if anyone will see this, but perhaps a section could be added to this page detailing the differences between generic certificates and commodity certificates? I'm not sure if I entirely understand it myself, so I'm not going to add it. However, if anyone knows anything about the agricultural economy of the 80s, please add.
