Change of Title

I believe the title of this article should be changed to reflect that is concerns China only. There being Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses in many other countries, it is confusing — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sejtam (talk • contribs) 17:15, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Administrative license

The article says "The PRC considers the driving license, under a new law, an administrative license", but it is not clear what an administrative license is, nor how it differs from a non-administrative license. Can anyone clarify? —BillC ^talk 00:37, 22 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
