Applicable to other federal systems
Concurrent powers are a concept that is applicable to more than just the United States' Federal System. Other examples would be Canadian, Indian and Australian federalism. The constitutions of these countries likewise feature concurrent powers and so listing this article in the United States WikiProject may be inappropriate given its broad application to other federal systems. Proper classification of three classes of powers by government entities
Rights exclusively held by national government: delegated powers; rights held by the states: reserved powers; rights held by both states and federal government: concurrent powers. Any other such terms are politically loaded.Dogru144 Dogru144 (talk) 05:20, 23 November 2016 (UTC)
