Inconsistency

Polysemy
So bacillus, streptococcus, staphylococcus can mean either a class/family or a morphology? How do you distinguish between the meanings? Do you say "these Staphylococci appear as diplococci"? --176.4.113.81 (talk) 09:03, 4 August 2015 (UTC)
