Talk:Bury College

From WikiProjectMed

paulburycollege has made a lot of additions which are contrary to Wiki's neutrality policy. Although all of your contributions are welcome and no doubt factual, the article should read like a page from an encyclopedia rather than an advertisement. Rather than "Bury College is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as a" you could put "Bury College has been recognised as a" followed by a reference. (Wiki's hot on references.) You should read WP:V for a quick tutorial on verifiability too. You will probably find that your edits are mercilessly hacked out by the wiki-editors who spot the neutrality thing if you don't change them.

Hope this helps

I have removed non neutral comments. The entry is valid, as I am employee of Bury College

I've copyedited and removed more POV, so I've detagged for POV. I've deleted the images because they were not released under the GFDL licence and cannot therefore be used on Wikipedia. jimfbleak 11:46, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Robert Artus dates incorrect

Hi there, I'm Robert Artus and there's a section in here about me and I'm so honoured to have been put on this list although the dates I attended the college are 1 year later than when I actually attended, I attended between 2020 and 2022. It's not a massive problem though of course I just thought I should help out a bit. I didn't even know I was in here to be honest 82.152.202.130 (talk) 06:21, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
