I had a laminectomy operation 7 months ago after severe pain in my right leg which rendered me almost immobile. I live in Thailand and had this done in a local goverment hospital and their knowledge of this procedure was 1st class. I had titanium rods in replacement of the spurs etc cut off (to stabilse my back) i was one week recovering and could walk with a walking cage. After 1 month i was feeling very good and started riding my bicycle again!I did not have any pain in my back or leg after 1 day of operation, needless to say this has given me back my quality of life and can work and play normally again ( i am 72 years old ). I would recommend this to anyone who has the misfortune to have the nerve in your back compressed andBold text causing back and leg severe pain.
