Overruled?
Douds hasn't been overruled. The Court specifically declined to do so in Brown. But legal scholars (not the Supreme Court) doubt whether Douds is good case law any more, now that the Court has moved on to a different analysis. To say Douds was overruled (as one editor did in the infobox) is inaccurate. - Tim1965 (talk) 00:56, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
